Throughout my life I've been surrounded by great food.  Growing up, my mom constantly challenged me to eat an exotic variety of dishes as she tested recipes for her cookbooks.  My dad taught me the joys of planting a vegetable garden.  And my wife became a professional pastry chef shortly after we married.  So it's no surprise that I ultimately settled on food as the photography subject I'm most passionate about.  I've had the pleasure of shooting for some amazing clients over the past 10 years, ranging from local craft food purveyors to national lifestyle magazines.  I feel incredibly lucky to be doing this professionally and hope that my enthusiasm for this craft translates into images that truly impress my clients.  And I always hope there's something left for me to taste when the shoot has wrapped!

I'm available for editorial, commercial, and personal projects.  Beyond a love for photography, music has always been a huge part of my life.  In addition to catching as much live music as I can, I play drums and write songs for the roots rock band Greetings From Anywhere.  I live just north of NYC in Dobbs Ferry, NY with my wife and three boys.
